Phase 3: Learning from Real Entrepreneurs
One of the most powerful ways to inspire young minds is by exposing them to real stories of entrepreneurs who started with a dream and turned it into a business. In this phase of the My Little Big Boss entrepreneurship workshop, kids had the unique opportunity to hear firsthand from seasoned business owners

Entrepreneur Diana from Soap Ministry, along with Ben Yeo, a MediaCorp artiste and food entrepreneur, joined us to share their journeys. They spoke about how they started, the obstacles they faced, and the mindset needed to persevere and succeed.
These stories helped children:

- See how creative thinking and resilience are key to building a business
- Learn that failure is part of the journey, and that it’s okay to start over and try again

What made this even more special was the interactive Soap Ministry hands-on session, where the kids got to create their own soap products, guided by Diana herself.
