My Little Big Boss

My Little Big Boss recently hosted a sold-out Kids Entrepreneurship Workshop, and it was a resounding success!

The 2-hour event gave aspiring young entrepreneurs a fun, hands-on introduction to the world of business.

From creative ideation and business planning to identifying value propositions and marketing strategies, children were immersed in real-world learning experiences designed to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit.

Empowering Young Minds Through Entrepreneurship

This wasn’t your typical classroom lesson. Kids learned directly from experienced entrepreneurs and mentors, gaining valuable insights into what it really takes to start and run a business. The workshop sparked curiosity, confidence, and creativity—giving kids the tools to imagine big and take their first steps as future entrepreneurs.

Why Entrepreneurship for Kids Matter Today

In a world driven by technology, innovation, and creative problem-solving, developing entrepreneurial skills at an early age is more important than ever. But how do we truly engage kids and teach them these life-changing skills?

The answer lies in experiential learning, letting kids learn by doing.

The My Little Big Boss Way: Learning by Doing

Our workshop was designed with this exact philosophy. With our specially curated MLBB activity kits, kids explored what it means to build and run a business in a way that was fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

From crafting their own business plan to identifying target customers and creating marketing ideas, each child had the opportunity to develop their big idea from concept to pitch.

To top it off, kids got to put their ideas into action through a real-life selling and trading activity, giving them a taste of real-world entrepreneurship.

More than Just Business Skills

Beyond business basics, this workshop instilled lifelong values:

  • Creative thinking
  • Confidence
  • Resilience
  • Empathy
  • Collaboration

These aren’t just business skills, they’re life skills.
