Catherine Ching
Catherine Ching is the Founding Director of Parent Teacher Learning Centre Pte Ltd (PTLC) and an experienced educator and adult trainer with nearly 30 years in education and personal development.
As Asia Program Director for The Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), she serves as an Instructional Guide, Field Consultant, and Practicum Advisor. Catherine is a sought-after trainer and parenting speaker across Asia, delivering impactful sessions on education, personal growth, and child development.
She is a Certified Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP) Master and Team Teach UK Certified Intermediate Trainer in Positive Behaviour Management, coaching students and professionals to understand their motivations and achieve meaningful goals. Catherine is also a published author and parenting columnist in China.
Clemente Escaño
Mr. Clemente Escaño is the Managing Consultant, coach, and trainer at C-3 Empowerment Resources Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based company specializing in personal and leadership development, performance coaching, and HR transformation. He also coaches students on career planning and works with counsellors, teachers, and parents to address academic challenges, interpersonal conflicts, and risk assessment.
Since 2015, Clemente has trained professionals including coaches, counsellors, consultants, trainers, and HR managers to become Certified Reiss Profile Masters, enabling them to use the RMP and, when qualified, the RSMP in their practice.
